Whether you live locally or are planning a destination wedding, you will love your experience with Beach Promises.
Included in Every Wedding Package:
- Wedding Ceremony Officiant (Commissioned Florida Notary Public)
- Keepsake Ceremony Booklet – We create a booklet with your complete ceremony. The wedding officiant performs the ceremony from the booklet, and then it is yours to keep.
- Choice of Location – We will travel to the beach or other location in the South West, FL area where you want your ceremony to take place. We will help you choose the best wedding location for your needs. All of our packages can be provided at an indoor location if you choose!
- Official Marriage License Filing – We file your completed marriage license with the county clerk after the ceremony.
- Delivery and Cleanup – We’ll bring in all the decorations, props, etc., and set it all up. After the ceremony, we’ll tear it down and remove it. We’ll clean up all of our property from the beach.
- Ceremony Plan (excludes Elope package) – Your ceremony plan and itinerary will go smoothly with our professional expertise in timing and placement.

The following items may be required, depending on your choice of beach or other location. These items are not included in our package prices:
- Florida Marriage License- If BOTH members of the couple are not Florida residents, you can get yours!
- Parking/Entrance fees – on site the day of the wedding
- Beach Permit – we help with paperwork and scheduling.

Not looking to have a beach wedding? No problem! Our wedding planning services and ceremony packages can be provided for any location, indoors or outdoors.
Reserve your wedding date up to 18 months in advance. In order to get the date you truly desire, we recommend you reserve your wedding date early!
